Nuala Geary, as Chair of the BBCA and a Bexhill County Councillor, was proud to attend the Royal British Legion and Bexhill Town Council Remembrance service at the Bexhill Memorial on the Marina, along with Bexhill County Councillor colleagues, Abul Azad and Ian Hollidge. All three were honoured to lay a wreath on behalf of the BBCA, East Sussex County Council and the Bexhill Islamic Association. Nuala was also honoured and proud to have been asked again to speak at the event as an independent Celebrant. The rain stayed away for most of the service and everyone involved helped the day provide an appropriate and fitting remembrance. Well done to all involved, all the young people, cadets, standard bearers, veterans and their families, serving officers, community groups and charities and distinguished guests. Lest we forget.
