As you know the Party is in the process of choosing a new leader. Six nominations were received by the deadline. Each has a web site you can access, details shown below in alphabetical order.

MPs will reduce this to four candidates who will hold hustings at the Conservative party conference at the start of October, following which two candidates will be selected by MPs to stand in the vote to be taken by all members.
Members interested in attending hustings, please note that the Sussex Area team is organising a Sussex-wide hustings event which looks like it will be held at the South of England showground near Haywards Heath at 7pm on Monday 16th September. It is planned that tickets will be £15 and include tea, coffee and soft drinks. We will provide more information as soon as it is available.
